What is a Feed?
An aggregated view of posts from all the Spaces that a Member has joined.
If a Member has not joined a Space, the posts from that Space will not show up in their Feed no matter if the Space is Public or Private.
Therefore, using spaces, each user’s feed will be personalized.
How to add a Feed
There are two ways to create a feed:
Create a Feed by using the Feed/Explore space template.
Add the Feed block to a space.
Using the Feed space template
Login with your admin account > navigate to the top header > click on your profile image > access the Administration.
Access the Design Studio on the left, select the Spaces tab > find the Collection that you would like to add the Feed to > click on [...] > Click on the + Add Space option.
Choose the Explore Space Template > click on Use Template at the top right corner > give the Space a name and description (optional) and adjust the privacy settings for the space > click Create.
Adding the Feed block to a space
Login with your admin account > navigate to the top header > click on your profile image > access the Administration.
Go to the Content section > Select the Spaces tab > find the Space to customize and click on [...] > Click on Customize.
Hover over a Container block > click on [+] > select the Feed block > adjust the default settings if needed > click Save Changes
