Accessing your billing details
On the Billing page, you can view your subscription details, change your community plan, update billing information and payment methods, manage additional seats, and cancel your subscription. You can also view a summary of all invoices issued by Bettermode, download them as PDFs, and check the status of each payment.
Access the Billing page
- Log in with your Admin Account
- Click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner
- Select Administration
- Select Settings
- Select Billing
Update your billing settings
On the Billing page, use the following buttons to manage your account:
- Change Plan: Update your community plan and payment method
- Manage Teammates: Add or remove admin seats to your plan and update payment terms
Payment statuses
Your invoices will display one of the following payment statuses:
- Paid: The invoice was successfully paid.
- Pending: Bettermode has not yet received the payment.
- Failed: The latest payment processing attempt failed.
- Canceled: The invoice is no longer active. No further payment attempts will be made.
