Taking bulk actions on members and invitations
As an admin, you can perform actions on multiple members and invitations at once to save time.
Bulk actions on members
- Log in with your admin account.
- Navigate to Administration > People > Members.
- Use the Add filter option to select the members you want to modify.
- Click Actions and choose one of the available actions to apply to all selected members:
- Suspend: Temporarily suspend multiple members at once. You can revoke the suspension later.
- Delete: Permanently delete multiple members at once. This action cannot be reversed.
- Add space: Add multiple members to a space at once.
- Assign/Revoke badge: Add or remove badges to or from multiple members at once.
Bulk actions on invitations
- Navigate to Administration > People > Invitations.
- Use filters to select the group of invitations you want to modify.
- Click the Action button to either Revoke all or Resend all.
Note: This action only applies to pending invitations. Already-accepted or revoked invitations are not affected.
Bulk actions limits
- One action at a time: Only one mass action can be in progress simultaneously. If a mass action is already running on the members page or the post page, you will see a banner message prompting you to wait for it to complete before starting a new action.
- Daily limit: Each site can perform up to 40 mass actions per day. This limit includes mass actions on both members and posts. The number of users or posts affected by each individual action does not change the daily limit—each action counts as one toward the 40-action maximum.
