Admins can take action on many members and invitations at once to save time.
Bulk Actions on Members
Log in with your admin account
Navigate to the Administration > People > Members
Use the "Add filter" to bulk-select members
Click the "Actions" and take one of the available actions on all the selected members:
Suspend: Suspend many members at once. You can revoke the suspension later on.
Delete: Delete many members at once. This action is not reversible.
Add space: Add many members to the space at once.
Assign/Revoke badge: Add or remove badges to/from many members at once.
Bulk Actions on Invitations
Admins can "Resend" or "Revoke" many invitations at once:
Navigate to the Administration > People > Invitations page
Add filters to select a group of invitations
Click on the "Action" button to Revoke all or Resend all.
❗ Note: This does not affect the already accepted or revoked invitations.
Bulk Actions Limits
Only 1 mass action can be going at a time
If there is an ongoing mass action on the member's page or the post page, the admin will see a banner message indicating they should wait for this action to get completed before initiating a new action.
In each site, 40 mass actions can be done per day:
This includes the mass actions of the members and posts.
Regardless of how many users or posts will be affected by each mass action that you initiate, each site can run 40 mass actions each day.
