Hide and unhide posts
Published posts can still go through moderation and can be hidden by admins or moderators if necessary.
When a post is hidden
Hidden posts have the following visibility rules:
- Regular members won't see the post in their Feed or Posts blocks, though the post remains in your community records and data.
- Hidden posts won't appear in search results for any user.
- The post author can still view their post even when hidden. The author receives no notification that the post has been hidden.
- You and other admins and moderators can still see hidden posts in the Feed or Posts blocks, allowing you to review or take further action if needed.
How to hide a post
- On the post, click [...]
- Click Hide
Once hidden, a hidden icon appears on the post.
How to unhide a post
- On the post, click [...]
- Click Unhide Post
The post unhides and the hidden icon is removed.
