Learn how to manage SEO settings per Post, per Space, and for the entire site.
Admins can set the SEO, Meta title, Meta Description, and Social Image sharing for posts, spaces, and the entire site. Admins can also choose to hide the site, a space, or a post from search engines in the SEO settings.
SEO settings per post
Create a new post > Scroll down to the SEO options section of the post (only admins and moderators can see and update this section) > Complete the SEO settings > Click Done to save the SEO settings.
Editing a Post's SEO settings
Find the post to manage > Click on the [...] button on the top-right of the post > Edit > scroll down to the SEO options section of the post (only admins and moderators can see and update this section) > Complete the SEO settings > Click on the Update button to save the updates for the posts.
SEO settings per Space
Log in with your admin account > Access the Administration by clicking on your Profile picture at the top right of the top navbar > Select the Content section > Click on the Spaces tab > Click on the [...] button per Space > Edit Space > SEO > Complete the SEO settings > Click on the Update button to save the changes.
❗Note: Turn on the toggle for “Hide from search results” to exclude all the pages in specific Spaces from getting indexed by search engines.
SEO settings for the site
Log in with your admin account > Access the Administration by clicking on your Profile picture at the top right of the top navbar > Select the Settings section > Click on the SEO settings tab > Complete the SEO settings > Click on the Update button to save the changes.
