Learn how to manage SEO settings for individual posts, spaces, and your entire site.
Overview
As an admin, you can configure SEO settings including meta titles, meta descriptions, and social sharing images for posts, spaces, and your site. You can also prevent your site, specific spaces, or individual posts from appearing in search engine results.
SEO settings per post
Creating a new post with SEO settings
- Create a new post.
- Scroll down to the SEO options section (only admins and moderators can access this section).
- Complete the SEO settings.
- Click Done to save.
Editing an existing post's SEO settings
- Find the post you want to manage.
- Click the [...] button in the top-right corner of the post.
- Select Edit.
- Scroll down to the SEO options section (only admins and moderators can access this section).
- Complete the SEO settings.
- Click Update to save your changes.
SEO settings per space
- Log in with your admin account.
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the navbar to access Administration.
- Select the Content section.
- Click the Spaces tab.
- Click the [...] button next to the space you want to configure.
- Select Edit Space.
- Click the SEO tab.
- Complete the SEO settings.
- Click Update to save your changes.
Note: Enable the "Hide from search results" toggle to prevent all pages in a specific space from being indexed by search engines.
SEO settings for the site
- Log in with your admin account.
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the navbar to access Administration.
- Select the Settings section.
- Click the SEO settings tab.
- Complete the SEO settings.
- Click Update to save your changes.
Note: Enable the "Hide from search results" toggle to prevent all pages on your site from being indexed by search engines.
