How to contact the Bettermode Team?

Do you need assistance? This article explains how to contact the Bettermode Team based on the type of inquiry that you have.

Note: If you have a Customer Success Manager please contact them directly for assistance.

Questions or Issues with the Bettermode platform

If you have questions about Bettermode's product or service, please:

  • post in the Support if you have how-to questions about your Betermode community.

  • or post in Wishlist if you would like to make a suggestion on a new feature or app for the Bettermode Platform.

When posting in the Support or Wishlist Space, please follow these guidelines:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue or concern and include an appropriate post title, a thoughtful description, and include supplementary visual assets such as screenshots or a screen recording.

  • If your question has been posted before, we encourage you to share your reply or ask additional questions within the existing thread.

Contact Support

If you need assistance with issues relating to your community or need to share sensitive information with the Bettermode Team (for example: need to share app credentials or personal information), please contact the Support Team directly through the Support Chat.

  1. Sign in to your community as an Admin

  2. Click on the profile picture at the top-right

  3. Select the Help & Community tab

  4. Click on the Message us button

  5. The chat messenger will pop up. Click on the Send us a message button

Attend a Weekly Q&A event

Are you looking for strategic guidance such as best practices for incorporating a new feature in your community? Register and attend a Weekly Q&A event. These events are interactive and hosted through Zoom meetings.

The goal of Weekly Q&As is to unblock customers and maximize the potential of your community.

How it works:

  • RSVP to the Weekly Q&A(s) that you would like to attend using this link. We have weekly topics but feel free to bring your own questions.

  • On the day of the Weekly Q&A, join the live Zoom call with other community builders.

  • Ask your question(s) and share your screen if needed.

  • Each Weekly Q&A lasts up to 60 minutes, you can come for a few minutes or stay for the entire time.
