How to Access Event Analytics:
Go to Menu > Administration > Analytics.
Click on the Events tab.
You’ll see a high-level summary of event activity, including:
Top Events by Unique Visitors
Top Events by Total Registrants (RSVPs)
Event Conversion Rate (RSVPs ÷ unique visitors)
Click on any of these charts to open a modal with deeper insights per event.
What You Can Measure:
Unique Visitors: Number of individual members who viewed the event post
Total Registrants: Total number of RSVPs for each event
Conversion Rate: Percentage of viewers who RSVP’d — helps you understand how compelling your events are
