Flag a member to moderate all their posts
Overview
When you flag a member, all of their posts and replies are sent to moderation before they become visible to others. Moderators and admins can approve or reject flagged content from the member's profile page or the moderation settings.
This feature gives you control over the content shared in your communities.
⚠️ Important: You cannot flag admins or moderators.
How to flag a member
As an admin or moderator, you can flag a member using either of these methods:
- From the member's profile page: Click the three-dot menu (...) and select "Flag member"
- From moderation settings: Go to Administration > Settings > Moderation > Members watchlist, search for the member, add them, and click "Update"
How to unflag a member
You can remove a flag from a member in two ways:
- From their profile page, use the three-dot menu to unflag them
- Remove them from the Members watchlist in Administration > Settings > Moderation, then click "Update"
