Exporting a list of members

Admins can export the list of members by simply downloading it from the administration. Admins can also filter members' lists based on certain criteria and then export the list in order to get a targeted member group.

How Admins Can Export Members

  1. Login with your admin account

  2. Navigate to the Administration > People > Members

  3. Add filters to narrow down the list to a target member group

    In the example below, we have filtered the members based on the creation date. You can click on "Add filter" again to add additional filters for more targeted results

  4. Click the Export button > Select if you want the currently displayed fields to be included in the export or all fields

  5. Once you confirm the export, a CSV file will be sent to the same email address that you have logged in with.

Note: For admins to receive the email export, notifications MUST be turned on (essential emails or all notifications).
