Overview
The Jobs post type allows you to detail vacancies in your organization. Communities provide a unique recruiting channel to discover talent outside conventional hiring methods. Members cannot reply to job listings, but they can react with emojis and click the apply button to express interest.
Job Post Fields
When creating a job post, you can fill in the following fields:
- Title
- Company
- Website
- Location
- Salary range
- Description
- Department (select from: Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, or Other)
- Employment type (select from: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, or Other)
- Remote toggle (enable if the position is remote)
- Apply link
- Tags
Adding Rich Content to Job Posts
In the description field, you can embed text, images, videos, audio, and attachments. Use the toolbar icons below the content composer or enter slash commands directly in the content section:
/image— adds images/video— adds videos/audio— adds audio/attachment— adds file attachments
Member Interactions
Members can interact with job posts in the following ways:
- Click the "Apply now" button to submit their application
- React using one of 6 emoji reactions
