Overview
The product update CMS model allows you to communicate the latest updates about your product, company, and site. The model emphasizes card view with cover images, enabling members to engage with your product development. By default, only space admins and staff can post product updates, while members can react and reply.

Adding Content
In the content field, you can add text, images, videos, audio, and attachments. You have two options:
- Use the toolbar icons below the content composer
- Use slash commands directly in the content section
Common Slash Commands
- Type /image to add images
- Type /video to add videos
- Type /audio to add audio
- Type /attachment to add attachments
Engagement Features
- React to updates using 6 different emoji options
- Reply to updates with nested reply threads
