Check the status of emails sent with Email Logs
The Email Log feature allows you to view all emails generated from your site and their delivery status. You can filter emails, search by recipient or type, and customize which fields appear in your Email Log view.
Note: Only admins can access the Email Log section.
How to access the Email Log
To open Email Logs:
- Log in with your admin account
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
- Select Administration
- Select Reports
- Select Email Logs
What you can do in Email Logs
On the Email Logs page, you can:
- View all emails generated on your site, sorted by creation date and time
- Filter results by:
- Recipient: Find emails sent to a specific email address
- Email Type: Filter by the type of email sent
- Email Status: Filter by delivery status
- ID: Search by email ID
- Enable additional filter fields by toggling options in the Fields section
