Accessing Bettermode's Reports and Analytics
Use Bettermode's Reports to measure and monitor your site's performance. You'll find analytics on site overview, reach and engagement, people, posts, spaces, and more—all tailored to help you understand your community's health.
Access Site Reports
- Log in with your Admin account
- Navigate to Administration > Reports
- Choose the analytics report that matches your needs:
- Overview: Your site's most popular metrics at a glance
- Reach & Engagement: User activities and visit patterns
- People: Member growth over time, top members by posts, replies, reactions, and more
- Posts: Post and reply volume over time, top posts by views, replies, reactions, and more
- Spaces: Top spaces by posts, views, members, and individual space analytics
- Select your desired time frame using the dropdown in the top-right corner of each report. You can choose from pre-defined periods or create a custom date range.
Important Notes on Metrics
- Time zone: Bettermode calculates time frames based on your browser's time zone setting, which is determined by your device
- Unique Active Members: This metric counts logged-in members only
- Unique Daily Visits: This metric includes both logged-in and non-logged-in users

Access Per-Space Analytics
You can view detailed analytics for an individual space using any of these three methods:
- Open the Space > Click (...) in the top-right corner > Select Analytics
- Go to Administration > Content > Spaces > Find your space > Click (...) > Select Analytics
- Go to Administration > Reports > Spaces > Select a space from the list
